    Student work samples

    Samples of New Zealand students' work have been gathered and annotated, showing the links between aspects of the work and curriculum statements.

    Teachers and students could find these work samples useful for formative assessment purposes, to see how other students have engaged in tasks and how work can be analysed.

    Learning intention guides

    Guides of learning intentions have been created to unpack criteria for teachers and students. These guides are for formative and summative assessment purposes. They scaffold students' current work and provide opportunities to comment on their next learning steps.
