Accessing the ARBs The ARBs are developed under contract for the Ministry of Education and are password protected. They are available free of charge to all New Zealand schools and educational institutes, all of whom have a password to access the ARBs.  You need to obtain a password from NZCER before the banks may be accessed.  If you are unsure of your password, or have any queries contact ARB support.
